In early 2004, Stohlquist partnered with Aqua Lung to combine their strengths in the personal flotation business above and below the water. By customizing foam footprint and thicknesses for each individual size, we ensure a comfortable and secure fit for everyone. Unlike other manufacturers who simply adjust strap lengths, Stohlquist's graded sizing system provides the correct chassis dimensions and varying amounts of flotation foam for each size paddler. This ensures a comfortable fit and the right amount of buoyancy, without the bulkiness or discomfort that can be dangerous for smaller paddlers.
